Hey there, everyone.  My name is Ali, and I’m the editor of this blog.  Not 100% sure exactly what I’m going to do with it or how it’s going to work, so we’ll see.

Polar Bear

That was a lot of work for me, so I’m going to take a nap now, and I’ll post again sometime soon.

  1. You have to starve yourself. Drink lots of green tea with no honey, sugar, Splenda or NutriSweet. Those last 2 rot yer brain. The others make green tea palatable but are loaded with empty calories. Don’t eat anything white; bread, sugar, milk, etc. Maybe you can eat cauliflower and yogurt. You want fiber and protein. All the sugar and carbs will keep feeding your fat cells. Also, run 5 miles a day and do lots of ab exercises and weight training. Instead of going to church on Sunday, take a yoga class. Take tai chi and akido classes during the week.

If this doesn’t work, pick up a drug habit…some of the same drugs that cut down on food cravings are also great energy boosters and could even increase your productivity at work. A win, win scenario…
